Learning Style

I always knew I was a visual learner, but I was amazed to see how much of an auditory learner I am. This has helped me a little bit because now I know that i really need to become a better auditory learner. I need to be able to comprehend what people say and turn it into valid memory.

Week Number 3

This website is starting to drive me crazy. I have just gotten most of the web page layed out, and begun adding information to some of the slides. I have spent the past 3 hours messing with hyperlinks and developing a skeleton for the basis of our web page. To finish this web page I'm going to need to collaborate with my group, and find out what kind of imagery they want put on the website besides the video and pictures of reefs. We also need to get together to film the video because it will take quite a bit of time to get the rap to match our lips perfectly. I'm hoping the rest of the group will like all of the techniques I have used in the website. I used bright colors on important topics, and a little bit of shock factor by saying the importance of reefs, and if something doesn't change the problems not having coral reefs could cause.

Journal week 2

I have been working on the website for the past couple hours. I have learned how to hyperlink videos and use links that with one click can steer you to the next page. I have inserted some pictures of coral reefs, and e-mailed my partner for her final draft paper so I can put some of her information into the website. I found a logo for our company and put it on our website also. Microsoft Office Publisher is pretty easy to manage around although the problem with links took me a little while to figure out. I'm still trying to find a way to add audio, but i think we may just add that into the video. I decided upon the color schemes and thought Neon blue and green would work because they are some what coral esque colors.

Project week number 1

This week we began our project. We decided at first to use my topic of the United States economy, but later changed our topic to protecting the Coral reefs. We did this because we knew we wanted to do a rap and a music video and felt it would be better fitting if we had a cause to rap for. I am now in the process of creating a rap, its a lot harder than i thought it would be we have to include a multitude of facts and keep it interesting at the same time. We don't know what our video is going to be of soon, but we are looking to be standing on a boat while recording our raps.

Suprise time

My roomate has some sort of fasination with the song 99 redballoons a famous 80's hit. Well today is my roomates birthday, and his girlfriend decided it would be a great idea to fill our room with 99 redballoons. I agreed happily, but unfortunatley i underestimated how annoying 99 redballoons are. My room smells like a friggen rubber factory, and i'm starting to go insane if i wake up from a nap again and pop balloons when i step out of bed i might snap...

Roomate Drama

My roomate deserves the title douche bag. He pulled a very mean prank on me the day before he left. He told me to go check the mailbox, and when I went he locked the door and left. When he returned an hour later when I yelled at him he decided to get an attitude with me. Sometimes I really hate that kid. One day I'm going to mess him up, then we woln't fight anymore because their will be fear there. Fear is a necessity in any good realationship lol.

Flash Games

Sometime I get a little tired of console and computer games, when I do this i gain a whole new addiction Flash games. My favorite type of Flash games are defense games. The premise of these games is to prevent all the invading enemies from destroying something like a castle or fortress. In these games you upgrade towers and guns anything to destroy the enemy. I could go on about these games forever, but all this talk about them has me craving to play one see ya.
